Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products. But if you do wish to return or exchange an order, we are happy to help.

Within 7 working days of your parcel being received, please email info@nanasgoods.com with your full name, invoice number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and we will take you through the process.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, neatly folded and with their tags attached within 10 working days.

Make sure that the parts you want to return meet all the above requirements before you send them back. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

The return of the goods are at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the items, we will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund (excluding original shipping cost) within 5 working days directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

Please note: sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are non exchangeable & non refundable. Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
