Shipping

At the moment we only ship across Switzerland. The dispatch takes place by Swiss Post. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouse in Berne or Zurich. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic shipping takes 1-5 business days to arrive at its destination, if the goods are in stock. If goods are not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail. General exceptions are indicated on the website. The delivery will be sent by Swiss Post (B-Post).

The shipping costs (packaging and transport) are calculated by weight:
Up to 2 kg= CHF 7.-
Up to 5 kg= CHF 9.-
Up to 10 kg= CHF 10.-
Orders over CHF 200 will be shipped free of charge.
